[OGSA-AUTHZ] Response to Public Comments

Dear WG

We had a very productive meeting today that went well past its scheduled 
closing time. Please find attached the responses to the public comments 
received so far on our 4 documents. These were agreed at the WG meeting 
today. If any member of the WG that could not attend the meeting would 
like to question any of these decisions, before they are circulated more 
widely, could they please do so on the list or via the public comments 
page by 2nd October, which is when the public comment period finishes 
for the last two of our documents.
