Hi Tom

thanks for these comments. They are very useful. Once the review period 
is over I will respond to the list with answers or questions for 
clarification to all the points you make. I hope to do this around the 
middle of August. Then we should have time to resolve them all prior to 
the Singapore meeting.

Do you have any comments on the other 3 drafts?
