Hi all

I have just uploaded to grid forge a document describing the use cases 
and requirements for a Credential Validation Service. It can be

This document will be discussed at our next teleconference and at GGF18, 
along with the revised charter.

The next document I intend to produce is the functional components 
document showing the different ways in which the functional components 
of authorisation decision making can plug together
