[ogsa-authn-bof] JCrypTool cryptography learning tool available

It's an Eclipse-based open source project designed to provide learning  
environments for cryptography for students, teachers and developers.   
The default libraries are BoucyCastle and FlexiProvider, but other  
crypto libraries can be selected also.
