[Ogf21-pc] OGF21 PC Notes + next call

Hi all,

Many thanks for your participation in Tuesday's call.  You will recall we
agreed to discuss Web 2.0 at a later time; I believe we will be able to
discuss on our next call (Tuesday, 9/4, 10:00a Central).

In the meantime, I have contacted most of the submitters based on Tuesday's
meeting and have updated the spreadsheet accordingly.  Please let me know if
you have additional comments or if I captured any comments improperly.
Shortly I will begin slotting sessions and will keep you posted on the
progress.
