[Ogf21-pc] OGF21 Program and Telecon Request

I enclose a roughly sorted list of submissions with place holders for 
some areas like Web 2.0 and Enterprise for which full details are not 
available

I would suggest a telecon: Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. Please 
tell me and even more important wulf at ogf.org if you are available then

If we want a hectic schedule, then we could allocate as below
Total time available: 5490 minutes

Monday: 4 parallel tracks with 4 90-minute sessions each (1440 minutes)
Tuesday: 3 parallel tracks with 5 90-minute sessions each (1350 minutes)
Wednesday: 3 parallel tracks with 5 90-minute sessions each (1350 minutes)
Friday: 3 parallel tracks with 5 90-minute sessions each (1350)
