[ogf20pc] Grid Means Business track

Dear PC,
 
Here is a note on the current status of the Grid Means Business track,
updated with proposals received via the CfP.  I think I have missed some
of the people that were suggested as speakers - please take a look and
let me know of any mistakes.

We need to firm up the remaining speakers for this track.
