[ogf20pc] Community proposals summary

Dear PC members

I attach a summary of the proposals we have received.  I have filtered
out those intended for the Grids Means Business Track and the Enterprise
track.  In addition, we received a couple by direct contact, which I
attach.

We have requests for 47 sessions and only 10 available, so clearly we
are spoilt for choice.  (It seems that we could have easily supported a
longer event).
