I understand that not everyone on the PC has GridForge logins and thus are
unable to access the list of proposals.

Dear PC members,

Today is the deadline for submitting proposals for presentations and
workshops.   You can see the current proposals at
http://www.ogf.org/gf/admin/commprop.php?event_id=7. 

We will review and prioritise the proposals on Tuesday's telcon.  In
practice this gives a little leeway to anyone who wishes to submit late.

Please remind anyone who promised a proposal and who has yet to submit
it.
