[occi-wg] New OCCI implementation in Elixir

Dear all,
I'm pleased to announce a new implementation of OCCI in Elixir
language[0]: exocci
Thanks to the metaprogramming facilitiesof elixir language, OCCI models
are described through a DSL, directly compiled into bytecode for erlang
virtual machine.
