[occi-wg] New paper on OCCI Monitoring

I'm happy to announce the forthcoming publication of a paper based on
occi-monitoring (as defined in the informational doc which was on public
review in June). The self-explanatory title is:

"Automated deployment of a microservice-based monitoring infrastructure"

For those interested, there is a preliminary version available on
Research Gate (link [1])
