[occi-wg] November update of OCCI Core Errata Draft

Hi all,

Please find an updated draft version of the OCCI Core document attached.

Changes:
  - Status: reflect that this document is a Draft [Andre]
  - Document number only include "Draft" and existing GFD number [Andre]
  - Errata summary section moved to an appendix
  - Added impact description of the errata corrections [Andre]
  - Renamed "resource instance" to "entity instance" to avoid confusion  
[Augusto]
  - Add "description" attribute property [Florian]
  - Clarify Mixin relationship implementation [Andy, long time ago]

All changes are available from the core-errata branch in the occi-wg Git  
repository (commit 80acbc2).

Special thanks to Augusto for his work on clearing out the inconsistent  
use of the word "resource" in OCCI Core.
