[occi-wg] Updates to OCCI HTTP Rendering

Based on the proposal from Ralfs JSON Rendering document the following additions should be added to the HTTP Rendering:
- filtering and pagination for GET requests (e.g. attribute-filter, category-filter, pagination-marker, pagination-limit)

An idea of Ilja Livenson was, to add a 'depth' query string as well, to allow for the retrieval of a restricted depth in the location hierarchy.
