[occi-wg] OCCI Confcalls

There are a number of upcoming changes to the OCCI specification. These
need to be discussed with as many interested parties. As such we will
begin weekly confcalls again, keeping duration of call to a minimum. I've
setup a doodle poll so to get some reasonable consensus on when suits
folks best.
