Go to your account settings (top right, direct link:
http://redmine.ogf.org/my/account).  Net to 'Gravatar' and 'Change
Password' you'll find 'Public Keys' (top right of white area).

Please let me know if you have trouble with that!

The read/write link will need a key, but the read-only link should work w/o key?
