 11/29 plugfest planning meeting notes 
 Attended: Florian, Alex M., Tom, Mark, Gary M., Alan S. 
 Location 
- NetApp is interested in hosting the Feb plugfest 
- Need a room to accommodate 20+ people 
-- May or may not be on NetApp campus - next update around Christmas 
- Will be in Dusseldorf 
- OK to re-use hotel/airport logistics from previous plugfest 
 - Mark will volunteer to lead the plugfest 
- Per Florian, Bengt will handle logistics for Dusseldorf 
 - Gary suggested using the SNIA Tech Center as a US hub/destination for all Cloud plugfests 
-- If not in Colorado Springs, then preference is toward a location in Broomfield/Boulder, CO area. 
 Comm -  
- Florian would like to issue a "Save the Date" communication 
- Coordinate presentations during the plugfest 
-- Look for volunteers to present 
--- OCCI implementation, Conformance tests 
 - Alan - OGF is pushing ahead with a Cloud Interop group 
-- Planning a BoF in Oxford, UK in  March to discuss creating a continuous space for interop activities 
--- Looking to start up an interop group via Future Grid (sponsored by NSF) 
--- Will be a public test bed - membership will be open to everyone 
--- Alan will communicate additional details about this effort (should include CIMI and OVF in distribution) 
 
Next meeting: December 6, 2011 (New numbers in use)
