Folks,
This looks pretty good to me. A few possibilities and one typo:
In the first bullet under alliances, we could set out target a bit higher, e.g. "unified standard" rather than "unified model.
The third bullet could go, as it feels out of data.
In the last tow bullets, I would suggest adding "working Groups" to each enumeration of activities.
Then the typo in bullet (a) on page two: "prefacing them of" -> "prefacing them if"
Otherwise, looks good.
