[occi-wg] Delta Cloud

Hi,

The OpenNebula team has contributed a Deltacloud driver to manage OpenNebula
instances through the OCCI API [1], as Csom said. Also, apart from the
group, OpenNebula can use Deltacloud to build Hybrid Clouds [2]
