[occi-wg] New OCCI Infra doc build - please review: (was push by tmetsch - fixed issue 41 on 2010-06-0110:26 GMT)

Sorry for the delay in responding.

1.1
It seems that all the "kinds" are defined as resources. Why are we
calling them kinds if they are all resources I think it would be
clearer, more intuitive and more accurate to call change "kind" to
'resources'.

!.2 examples. This example is only indicative to using HTTP headers. The
RDFa needs to be included, and the current example should be qualified
to indicate this is a HTTP header version as an example and is not
representative of rdfa.

1.2 examples. The example shows the content is "ovf" not xhtml5

1.3.3 Storage

General comment. This detail provided in this section is inadequate and
makes it impossible to create a working virtual machine or cloud
computer platform.  At a minimum, storage needs 4 additional attributes;
1) a source uri for the storage with an access scheme (nfs, http,
samba,ect, 2) A destination for the storage ie. dev/dev/sd1
