[occi-wg] Namespaces & Extensibility

Sam,

w.r.t Tim Bray's comment "Do it like Java", occi.<whatever> seems  
perfectly sensible to me.

Another option would be to take org.ogf.occi.<whatever>, since OGF is  
the standardizing OCCI anyway and the ogf.org domain---including  
subdomains---is under control of the OGF corporation.
