[occi-wg] New revision of the spec

One more thing (tm):

I think that the UML figure of the relationships between Resource, Link, and Category is wrong. The arrows indicate inheritance, which is incorrect; it should be just a line (association) or a line with a diamond (aggregation/composition).

I could redo it in OmniGraffle as soon as we are clear about the semantics. Any special format required/expected?
