[occi-wg] VMware vCloud API

Afternoon all,

As part of today's call I'd like to take a high level look at the
good/bad/ugly of VMware's vCloud API:

   - Programming

   - Specification<http://communities.vmware.com/static/vcloudapi/vCloud_API_Specification_v0.8.pdf>

The way I see it this is an implementation-specific "private cloud" API (for
services running VMware vCloud [Express]) and we're writing a "public cloud"
API for various services like/modeled after EC2. That is to say, we have
things to learn from their efforts and vice versa.
