[occi-wg] Format 3: Meta-model around nouns, verbs and attributes

To add a bit more to my perspective on this:

* I am very interested in what Sam is proposing
* But do not understand it
* I don't understand how it is consistent with HATEOAS but look
forward to being shown
* I would love to hear Tim B's view on this area
