[occi-wg] Acknowledgements

Evening all,

I have added an Acknowledgements section to the bottom the main
APIDesign<http://forge.ogf.org/sf/wiki/do/viewPage/projects.occi-wg/wiki/APIDesign>wiki
page and added some arbitrary names to it. If yours wasn't one of them
then be sure to add yourself when you next update the page (you have signed
up <http://forge.ogf.org/sf/sfmain/do/createUser> and joined the
project<http://forge.ogf.org/sf/sfmain/do/joinProject/projects.occi-wg>,
right?)
