I'm feverishly trying to get out a copy of SLA at SOI's API and Model review. I'll have it ready sometime tomorrow (API review is approx 15 pages, Model is 13 pages). It currently does not focus on storage or networking aspects of the reviewed APIs but we will be adding such aspects in the near future.

some of the known APIs implement those operations (if at all).  The
idea is to be a reference point for understanding OCCI needs.  It is
not a substitute for work to create OCCI.
