[Nsi-wg] NSI missing features

Hi All,

As discussed in this week's NSI call we should be aiming to get NSI into a state where it is stable, complete and robust standard.

To help get us there I would like everyone to think about additional refinements that are needed.  Could you please enter your ideas in this google document:
