[Nsi-wg] NSI CS v2.0 passed public comment period

The NSI CS protocol document has now passed the public comment period without any comments.  http://redmine.ogf.org/boards/18/topics/241

The document will go back to the editors for a final check before being passed to the Area Director with a recommendation that it be published.
