[Nsi-wg] minutes from today's NSI call

Hi all-

Just looking over the minutes of today's call.  There is a comment about 
STPs and MTU specifications and a reference to flat layers. And scaling 
problems.   And my name next to it...  :-)

Could someone elaborate on what the concern is?  and what specifically 
is the "scaling" problem ?
