[Nsi-wg] WSDL restructing suggestions

Hi

Some of the messages are not entirely consistent with how they order 
attributes in, especially connectionId and globalReservationId.

I'd like to suggest the connection id is always the first field (in the 
types where it exist). This would affect the following types AFAICT:

- ReserveType
- EventEnumType
- GenericConfirmedType
- GenericFailedType
- ReservationInfoGroup
- SummaryPathType
- RecursivePathType

The changes are purely cosmetic and have not semantic changes.

In some of the notification messages the globalReservationId are also 
included. As the notification messags in NSI2 are always to the parent NSA 
(as we don't have a subscribtion interface) they are completely 
superflorours, and I suggest we remove those as well.
