Additional topics:

1. Additional restructuring of WSDL/XSD files to permit runtime schema validation.
2. Initial reservation versioning and state machine behaviours when the initial reservation request fails.
3. Use of replyTo field on notifications relating to a reservation.  Different replyTo values can specified in each operation, so which one is used for notification delivery?  I propose the one specified in the reserve message.
