Hi Guy-

I'd like to also introduce a couple related issues:
     - Service Definitions- regarding the "payload" vs "framing" 
specification at ingress and egress STPs.  This relates to the 
multi-service paper I sent last week, and adaptations in general.
     - NSA Reachability -  or how/what we need to announce in order for 
an RA or AG to know how to forward a service request.
