[Nsi-wg] Topology Description document

Hi all,

As promised the topology description document. This describes the way that STPs are identified and how they should be used in a request, the requirements and desires for topology descriptions for NSI, and a concrete syntax for that using as much NML as possible.

The examples given in the document are given using the Notation3 syntax for RDF. It should be easily human readable, but if necessary it can be converted to XML also using http://rdfabout.com/demo/validator/

Together with the Topology Distribution document that I sent out before, this should become the main body of the text describing the Topology Service.
