Thank you for point out the DOCTYPE issue.  I will remove them to help with download speeds.

I am confused about the acknowledgement issue.  Is this due to the fact that there is an acknowledgment element and acknowledgment message, or are you referring to the documentation of acknowledgment in the interface file?
