[Nsi-wg] extended NSI face to face meeting at OGF34

Hello NSI team,

A meeting room has been arranged in Oxford for an extended NSI face-to-face meeting from 14th-16th March.  This meeting is timed to fit straight after the regular OGF working group sessions.

The agenda for this meeting is to agree the functionality for NSI version 2.0.
