An NSI agent does not necessarily know the depth of the request tree
(recursion level), so this is not really a usefull approach.
One could say 30 seconds for NRMs (ultimate providers) and 3 minutes for a
complete request (should be good for a request tree with depth ~5). Is 30
seconds unrealistically low?
It is still a documentation issue, but perhaps it should fall under
the "best practices" section, i.e., similarly to run "Run ntpd on your
service machine".
