Time at which the provider is able to accept a provision signal

It is now the requestor's responsibility to advance the explicit signal to ensure good in-service time.


What does end-time mean as used in protocol for explicit mode?


End of reservation

In-service end time.  This is the same as beginning of de-provisioning time

Does each Connection request need a flag to indicate how to expect provisioning to be initiated?


Yes, flag indicating provisioning method is required
