The minutes from today's conf call are available here:

The main point is that by request the deadline for submission of comments has been extended to Monday 19th July.  This will be your last chance to comment, so please take a look at the document and provide feedback if you wish.

If possible I would like to try and stick to the target submission date of 22nd July, so assuming comments are minor I will aim for an updated doc early on the 20th July.
