[Nsi-wg] doc with a couple edits

This is making progress -- 

I attach a doc with a few edits that are easier than trying to describe.  I have not gone through the doc thoroughly, but in case we want to talk about it today I send this.

I also wonder if most of this doesn't belong in protocol rather than arch doc?
