 It is possible to have a room for the NSI Working Group. I booked M2 from Thursday 14:00-17:30 and Friday 9:00 - 12:30.

I added your estimated number of participants: 12

Could you please send me the invoicing details?

Also would your meeting need catering / technical equipment?

Hi Gyongyi,

Thanks for the quick response.

We are expecting about 8-12 people.  We are thinking of 2pm-5pm Thursday and then 9am-1pm Friday morning.

The room will be paid for by OGF rather than GÉANT, so we are looking for the cheapest option available - either in the TNC venue or nearby.

So far the most likely attendees (not confirmed) are:
Guy Roberts (GÉANT)
Chin Guok (ESnet)
John MacAuley (ESnet)
Tomohiro Kudoh (AIST) tbc
Hans Trompert (Surfnet) tbc
1 person (not yet known) from UvA
1 person (not yet known) from PSNC
+ another 1-5 people.

Thank you for your email.
Are you planning to find a meeting room at the venue or somewhere else in Porto?
If at the venue, then I can see if we can have a room allocated in Thursday afternoon / Friday morning. Could you please send more information: how many people, who are the attendees (to check possible clashes). What is your budget code?
