[Nsi-wg] New NSI co-chair

I am pleased to announce that Chin Guok has been appointed as a new co-chair of the NSI working group.

Chin will fill in the role left vacant after Inder Monga stepped down last week.  The co-chairs of the NSI working group are now: Guy Roberts, Chin Guok and Tomohiro Kudoh.

Chin has been an energetic contributor to NSI from the beginning and will bring a wealth of experience to the role.  The appointment also means that the group will retain one chair from each of North America, Europe and Asia.
