[Nsi-wg] revised use cases (to send to NML)

Hello Jeoroen,

In Geant we have several such circuits.  An example of this is our Ethernet circuits to the US.  These are presented to the customer as Gigabit Etherent and are handed over to the US as VC-4-7v carrying GFP encapsulated Etherent.  This has to be done this way since there are currently no Ethernet wavelengths over the Atlantic.

Hello John,

Do you actually have cases where users request connections that do not 
have the same input as output? (untagged vs tagged, or even untagged 
Ethernet vs SONET?)
It seems kind of strange to me that actual users would request something 
like that.
