[Nsi-wg] Minutes for last conf call

Hi Guy,

I'd like to nominate Martin Swany to be the lead author for Topology  
sharing in place of Aaron.

Aaron can be available to support this effort, but not to the level of  
lead author. We have several documents we are attempting to get out  
before the meeting for NMC, NML, NMWG and had not planned to  
participate in NSI to that level.

I also see my name on Monitoring, and I can do that.
