Nice document!

FWIW, the draft includes:

  "Email: replogle at ogf.org [[Joel Replogle: Check if a generic mail
address exists]]"

I think 'editor at ogf.org' is a suitable generic address, which exists
and is currently forwarded to Joel and Greg Newby.
