It seems 'encoding' is valid now. I'll update the XSD schema.

I saw your updated topology file for the NSI demo 
(https://github.com/jeroenh/AutoGOLE-Topologies/blob/nsiv2/master.n3) 
and if you want to apply artf6577 the use of nmleth will have to be 
replaced with nml:label labeltype.
