Simply stated, we are sending a request (either partial or complete) to a capable service to perform some interactive behavior. We are interested in having the service verify that it \textbf{MAY} or \textbf{MAY NOT} be able to service our request. We are interested in either setting or retrieving information on this target data set - subsequent operations may be required. When the service receives this request it will check for several things:
