Hi all,

I just wanted to forward this link to folks who might be interested in
describing their network topology in the OGF NMWG Control Plane schema
(used by OSCARS), but wanted an easier way of doing it then manually
typing XML.

The tool as developed by Bharath Ramaprasad of UMass Darthmouth over the
summer when he did an internship at ESnet.  This is still a work in
progress, so comments are welcomed.
