OK, thanks for all the swift replies.  We're not going to be able to fit in 
the little meeting room/diving platform in the NCSA booth.  I'm am 
currently trying to secure another room at the Convention Center.  It 
should not be a problem, I will forward the coordinates when I get them 
confirmed.
