[nm-wg] link to schemas

When I look at these, they are very short, e.g. http://dsd.lbl.gov/~dang/NMWG/Internet2-JT-Feb05/rncschemas/traceroute-schema.html shows: 

default namespace = "http://www.ggf.org/nmwg/traceroute/"
namespace nmwg = "http://www.ggf.org/nmwg/"

 include "nmbase.rnc"

## Extend base schema

And http://www.ggf.org/nmwg/traceroute/ is not found.

I must be missing something, or do I need a bew browser (I am using Mozilla, but I get the same results with MSIE) or something?
