Just replace xsd:double in the time elements with

Time

and add 
 Time = ( token, attribute source { token }? )

So in the request:

      element time { token | Time } &
      element plusTimeTolerance { token | Time }? &
      element minusTimeTolerance { token | Time }? &
      element testingInterval { token | Time }?
      Time = token, attribute source { token }?
