[lsg-rg] Re: LSG Advisory Council

Folks,

Please let me and dave angulo know if you would like to suggest yourself 
or somebody else as a candidate to become a member of the LSG Advisory 
Council (LAC). All life sciences and healthcare/grid professionals are 
invited including industry, academia, and research organizations. 

LSG community's short-term and long-term plans and other issues are 
discussed FIRST with the LAC members before sharing them with the rest of 
the LSG community (lsg-rg at gridforum.org). We understand that all of us 
have our "day jobs" so LAC members will mostly communicate via email and I 
anticipate having at most one 30-min conference call per month.

Dear Dave and Abbas,

As I told you during the last GGF meeting in Boston, we are interested in
participating in your Life Sciences Group Advisory Council. Our company
Maat-G, is involved in several Grid developments in Europe as well as in
South America. Among these developments, we are leading the follow-up and
commercialisation of the European MammoGrid project. In addition, we are
part of the consortium of a new European Health-Grid project under the FP6
program.

and
